This property has only recently opened as a B+B. The view from our room was stunning and even better from the guest lounge. I would say it is the best location in the whole of Kaiteriteri and we have stayed in this area many times before. I could have spent a week unwinding looking out the windows at the comings and goings. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful with dining options and things to see and do. We even tagged along for a morning walk and dinner one night. If you are looking for a few nights in paradise then I would say look no further. The location, the Diva Suite and the Guest Lounge are an 11 out of 10 for me. And make sure you take time for an inhouse massage with Caleb. The stay was amazing. The info given on things to do really helped with our planning which was most appreciated. We found two really nice café/ bars just along the road. There’s some great walks from the Retreat plus so many options in the National Park. With so many things to do we unfortunately didn’t allow enough time. Just as well the spa doesn’t close until 10.30pm. The views from our room and the guest lounge have to be the best in Kaiteriteri. I was lucky enough to squeeze a massage in with Caleb which sent me to heaven for an hour. He is so good don’t miss it! Thank you boys we will definitely be back but next time for longer. We stayed 5 nights with Caleb and Greg who were awesome hosts. Our continental breakfast topped off with fruit smoothie and "crunchy crust" homemade bread a great start to the day. Our room was very comfortable with the addition of a guest lounge/ breakfast bar to relax in with unsurpassed views of Kaiteriteri. Massage sessions with Caleb overlooking the bay a treat indeed. We had an amazing stay with Greg & Caleb at Kaiteriteri Retreat. The location is incredible as you look right over the beach and boat launching ramp .You are also in close walking distance to the local shops and pub.
The breakfast was wonderful, the hosts were informative and friendly and do take advantage of having an in-house masseur on hand. I had a fantastic massage in the most beautiful spot. Highly recommend. - Lynley - August 2020
Very stylish and beautiful accommodation right on the Kaiteriteri beach with the best views you could imagine. Bed is super comfortable and breakfast is very tasty and generous. The guest lounge/breakfast room is a great place to enjoy the views and relax. The hosts, Greg & Caleb, are friendly and they give you great tips what to do in the area.
