For summer 2024/ 2025 we have a 3 night minimum stay from 28 December - 31 March 2025. So often guests leave and haven't had enough time in Kaiteriteri or with us, so we are encouraging guests to stay longer and enjoy what the region has to offer.  A 2 night minimum stay is applicable for all other periods when staying at Kaiteriteri Retreat. Check the rates Calendar below to see if there is availability on the dates you would like.
Instant bookings may be turned off for some periods over the summer months due to high demand. If your date is unavailable then feel free to message using the form below and we will come back to you.

Payment/ Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payment

We prefer full payment to be made when reserving so as to secure the dates you have requested.  However as everyone has varying circumstances this can be flexible.  The minimum deposit required will be the first nights accommodation with the balance to be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Fully refundable if cancelled at least 14 days in advance
1st nights stay non refundable if cancelled within 7 - 13 days of the stay
1 - 6 days - Non-refundable unless under extreme circumstances agreed to by Kaiteriteri Retreat Limited

Transaction Charge on Cancellations

If you have booked directly with us and paid by Credit Card then there will be a 3% Credit Card transaction fee withheld from any refund to cover the Credit Card fees which we pay for Website online bookings.

For guests who have paid by Direct Credit you will be refunded in full providing you have cancelled within the Cancelation policy to receive a full refund.

If you have booked through a 3rd Party website such as Booking.com, Expedia, AirBNB, HomeAway or the likes then you will need to make a cancellation directly with the company you have booked with and their cancellation policies will be applicable. We have no control over 3rd party website booking and cancelation policies.
